If you let them keep their equipment, they'd be just as powerful as their Dwarvern Counterparts, but with some Shadow Resistance, and Light/Fire Weaknesses.

Well, it's not really so his choice about what Vampires have to go through. You can drink Animal Blood, but it will be less effective than the blood of sentients, so you'll need to feed more often. It'll still be entirely possible to live off of animals until you manage to find a cure of some sort though.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that, but if you're asking what I think you're asking:

You'd need to go to Free Brethren Territory to begin work on finding a cure to Vampirism, seeing as you're not only a wanted criminal, but a vampire on top of that.

I was asking more about where would have the most information on the undead. I've been trying to find where the FB territories are with my complete and utter inability to grasp the text map in the OP, but I'd like to get a few books and experience first.
Also, am I not allowed to do anything until Azthor does? You didn't say whether or not I could do or say anything in my last action result.

And the FB Territories are far to your North, but they're a part of a different landmass, so you'd need to take a ship there.

Even if you never return to Aninthor, that doesn't mean you'll never find out the reason behind being jailed there.
