That's alright, the skeleton is just to make sure they keep following me instead of just crashing through the wall a second time and cutting off my escape route.

My current plan is to reach the room with double doors, and hope the top of the two leads back around to the hallway I was just in. I figure there has to be a way to shut these things off, because whoever made the place no doubt wanted to be able to enter the room without getting crushed.

Well, I think Caboose has a grudge against Melritch now, as Melritch is the one that turned Caboose into a vampire.

Melritch is on the "special list." The special list is reserved exclusively for people who actively tried to anger him, demons, and people who talk at the theater.
Even his own murderer has to try to get on the special list.

Working for Melritch might not work for you, but Ezriel is always looking for people to work alongside!

I don't have much money, but I can enchant your equipment for you, provide undead bodyguards for a limited time, or otherwise render aid (I think I'm actually an herbalist, too? So I guess I could also make some potions)

E: Just waiting for those last two golems to crash through the wall and end me...

If you don't die I wouldn't mind you hiring Caboose. Gaining a neutral ally for a reasonable cost is a pretty big boost for an evil character. Getting two neutral allies is an even bigger boost.

@SC: I'm happy with whatever Dwarmin plans for me, but currently, IC, Feleris has no clue what Tala is doing. And...even I don't know what the plan is.

*cough* I'm not certain the extent of Dwarmin's plans but I can safely say what Tala's current goal is... which is why I was joking about Asha being a chaperone to ensure it doesn't happen. :P
