Mechanics workshop not beeing built

Hi!

Mechanics workshop can not be constructed. "needs mechanics"

I have a dwarf with no job with Mechanics skill.
I disabled all prefered labors except for mechanics.
But still she does not start to build the Mechanics workshop.

Can somebody please give some advice? What do I need to do to build the mechanics workshop?

This has been asked many, many time.

Enable mechanics skill on every dwarf. Problem solved.
