XXMS PAINT FANWORKXX
This is an MS PAINT fanwork. It menaces with spikes of jpg artefacts and is banded with circles of poor editing. On the item is an image of a Doomshifter and MS Paint. Doomshifter is using the MS Paint. The MS Paint is crying.

You can download a free 30 day trial of photoshop from adobe's site
If you're not comfortable with the 30 day scale you can go with GIMP even though (in my opinion) the layer tools aren't as good.
At the very least Paint.net using microsoft paint in this day and age is just silly unless you're going for a specific aesthetic.

(( I have Photoshop, but no idea how to use it. Same goes for GIMP. I use paint because it's comfy and easy to wear. Also because I am lazy and it runs well on my slow-as-shit PC. Also I am a bad person who doesn't care about quality too much. ))
