The story so far...The Weltraum is a proud ship, built from the wood of the Elven Gold Alder tree and topped with sails made from the silk of some exotic variety of Astro-Spider. The Boat is a standard ship of the line, donated to The Academy by the Domain of Power, perhaps with the expectation that they would push some promising young graduates such as yourself to enlist in their navy. You are a Star Knight, trained in traditional or magical combat and the art of piloting a fighter. Having just graduated from The Grand Academy in the Delphia System you are free to do as you please with your talents, and you along with some of your peers have chosen freelance work.
Seeing that your group was large enough the school saw fit to equip you with one of the many ships offered to it as a bribe by the warring factions. What you lack are fighters and a captain. Walton, the human squire who volunteered to pilot the Weltraum for a spell ensures you that he knows how to get the latter.

You have been in orbit now for about a week. Below you is the neutral port of Solo City. Walton had been scouring the settlement in search of a proper captain for some time now, and today his efforts have brought results...
What is this? A Campaign that combines both the high fantasy and space opera settings using magical wooden spacefaring naval vessels! You all get to be freelance Star Knights, certified badasses trained to kick ass on foot or in magical fighter craft! We will be using the GURPS System, and
will be willing to teach players how to use the system. This campaign will be run over maptools.
We? The mechanics of this campaign will be handled by Felius, while the story and NPC interactions will be done by Weirdsound. Weirdsound will be learning the system himself, so please direct all mechanical questions towards Felius.
What time will this be played? This will be an on-demand pickup type campaign. We will accept any number of characters and run sessions whenever 3-6 of them as well as both GM's are ready to play! Most sessions will likely start at around 6-7pm pacific. Mondays and Wensdays are off limits for the foreseeable future, but other than that feel free to nag us to play whenever.
How do I join? Just tell us you are in. We will likely have a few character creation sessions where you can get help from Felius before we actualy get started. If you actualy want to try and make a character without help, the rules are below.
Character Creation Rules:Characters are to be made with 200 points, -100 points limit for disadvantages, with up to 5 quirks. The campaign it's at TL 4, with magic. We're using, for a start, only the basic set and GURPS Magic for a expanded spell list. Extra Fatigue can be bought until fatigue is 200% of the normal, and Extra HP can be bought up to 250%. A single level of Enhanced Defences is allowed. Enhanced Dodge is recommended.
Those who lacks the knowledge to make characters are still welcome, in which case Felius will be making the characters under the player instructions.
