You can soak in a bath and then shower to rinse off.  Try it, it's cool!

Feels good to have a fist-sized glob of water fall down on your head.

Ignore this post, it's a double post that was the result of my internet lagging out of sync.

At the moment I merely shower.

Baths is for when I REALLY need to relax or cool down in the summer.

Though I wouldn't mind trying the japanese style one of showering, then relaxing in a scented bath.

At first I thought this was about being clean vs dirty, option of bathing didn't occur to me. Idea of having a bath is pretty alien to me. I dont remember having a bath since I was small child.

Some hot water on the skin is nice, bathing or showering both, but I dread the cold afterwards, that and never quite getting totally dry for some time.

I like showers, but my shower has very low pressure, so I usually take baths.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Lets see, Baths save water, but with showers you don't bathe in the water you just dropped your filthy body into 5 seconds ago :P

Hell, just do what the Spartans did;

Here's a clue. Don't drink your bath wine.

I don't really buy the whole "bathing in your own filth" thing.  I always feel much cleaner after a bath than I do when I take a shower.

I think I'd have to be pretty freaking filthy for bath to make me dirty again.

The main problem with showers is that hot water runs out way too fast.

Which is why you get used to cold showers. Cold is nice, but near-boiling is better.

My biggest beef with my apartment, actually.  The hot water never seems to last long enough.  I suppose I could take faster showers, but it's still a pain.

I don't really have the option of a bath though.  There is a tub, but I think it was intended for 10 year olds.
