Oh now i remember a bizarre moment in spelunky, i had a lady, and a golden statue sitting there, so i went a good distance away to store the lady safely. Then i grab the statue and run to that spot, i sit on a block just above the lady, then the boulder comes, crashing through 4 fucking tiles of dirt, trampling down the lady and continuing a level below. Jesus shit.

I was playing Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising and shot an A.I teammate during a custom mission I had downloaded off the net.
Nothing happened.
He slumped to the ground for sure, but nobody gave a damn.
So I shot another.
And another.
And threw a grenade at a move marker.
Nothing.
This is both a moment that makes me laugh really hard, and also makes me want to punch Codemaster in the gut.

Hand the ball off the the HB who proceedes to run up the gut and get stuck by the linemen. He then fumbles the ball, and the Redskins get the ball. Then Then Fumble it, and I recover. Then I fumble... Then they fumble... This went on for almost two minuites.

Wow.
I was just messing around in Spelunky, and found an idol above a bomb shop.
Then I grabbed the idol, and a huge boulder falls.

Queue the shopkeeper trying to shoot a giant boulder as it smashes him into a wall.
Yay, free bombs!

They're different games. I guess Spelunky is sort of similar but extremely hard or something?

Planet had other ideas, such as an earthquake RIGHT in the center of my colony. Damn planet being lethal...

Deadliest Warrior: Legends. I hit Vlad the Impaler with my shield at the end of a combo (playing as Alexander the Great) and I'm not sure why but apparently not only did that knock his arms and legs off, decapitate him, and bisect him horizontally at the waist, it sent all the bodyparts flying directly upwards. A glitch, but a funny one. :3

As the Valkyrie stood in front of the drawbridge, she began to play a tune on her bugle. The drawbridge opens, and a freaky ARCH-LICH begins to move towards her. She plays the magic tune again. The Lich is smashed by the bridge and instantly dies. Repeat with about 20 more rust monsters, disenchanters, soldiers, and trolls.

Suddenly, she turns around, noticing a Master Mind Flayer behind her. It flays tentacles at her brain, and she loses quite a few memories. She quickly pulls out her Wand of Teleportation, and jabs it into the solar plexus of the Mind Flayer, sending it (hopefully) far away. Again, it sneaks up behind her. This time she runs at it with the Holy Blade Excalibur drawn and shining brightly. The Mind Flayer latches on to her brains and turns her into a veggie in six seconds. (one turn)

She was pretty much invincible, with magic resistance, telepathy, fire, cold, poison resistance, reflection, and maximum luck. But I guess all the resistance and armor in the world (other than a greased helmet) won't save you from a tentacle beast sucking at your brains.
