Kudos to daggaz for the inspiration.

Modeled on the popular "Socially Awkward Penguin," "Success Kid," and "Loathsome Bachelor Frog" template, the Urist McDorfy is a neat way to summarize all the hilariously stupid things that only a dorf would do. Just start with this image:



And add 2 lines of text, as follows.
Line 1: Perfectly reasonable situation or command
Line 2: LUDICROUS AND OFTEN DISASTROUS OUTCOME

Examples:
Boss tells you to encrust finished goods with gemstones

STAY IN WORKSHOP AND GLUE GEMS TO OTHER GEMS


Tries to build a quaint, scenic wishing well

FLOODS ENTIRE FORTRESS


Booze is on the other side of 5/7ths water

Run 150 Z-levels down to the forges to grab that ONE -copper gauntlet-, then to the other side of the map to grab a wooden shortsword? No, I would go out and fight the siege like a dwarf.
