Tiberius walks over, sits down and begins to talk.

An alliance is exactly what he wanted to have happen. He starts discussing plans with Sohac and the others.

"Wait. What?"


He raises a hand for a beat, pointing in no particular direction.


"Are you fucking kidding me?! It's a God damn, half-assed mother-fucking battle royal style battle to the fucking death. Son of a mother-fucking bitch. Fuck! Shit! Cock! What the fuck?!"

<beat>

"I need a fucking rifle and some fertilizer. And a goddamn drink."


Ignoring everyone for a moment, he pinches the bridge of his nose and looks at his mostly full plate. He mumurs, to no one in particular. "Okay, numbered fucking districts and blood-sports for entertainment. Kid heroes. Fucking hell. Fucking distopia, I suppose."

He looks at the ceiling and breaks into a wide smile. After a moment he face assumes a stoic sort of expression, and he looks at Sohac. "I won't be killing anyone who doesn't deserve it. Answer me this, are we all going to be issued a different weapon to start with, and is this a voluntary, long-walk esque blood sport, or are you all draftees too?" 


Also, he attempts to steal his cutlery.

After grabbing a bit of everything that wasn't seafood, Lexx weaved around the intervening tributes towards her target, the mystery guy from the unknown district. He appeared to have noticed her arrival however, and almost face planted the table he was sitting at. No wait, he was... bowing?
"Hello, m'lady, please do sit down. I'm Dante, how do you do?"
Taken aback slightly, it was a moment before she responded.
"... Um, Hi. I'm Lexx. Nice to meetcha." she says, parking herself on a chair by the wall. As Sohac finishes his brief explanation, She then adds on her own thoughts: "There are generally three types of tribute in the Games. You have the 'careers', who think it's an honour to take part in the Games and train their entire life in order to win. Then you get the 'survivors', who don't want to be here, but know enough to keep themselves alive and possibly win. And finally you have the 'prey', which consists of most everyone else, who don't want to be here and generally don't last very long."

She then follows the flow of conversation onwards towards an alliance, which is always a good idea. Every so often, she'd glance at Dante. What I want to know, is which are you?

"Yeh, battle royale it is. We start with nothing but a bodysuit. They strategically place equipment around the arena for us to use, and they're generally in obvious places to provoke conflict and fights. Everyone in all the districts between 12 and 18 have their name put in the hat and one is drawn out and they must take part, unless someone volunteers in their place."

((We've just had our first morning of practice, and are now roleplaying at lunch))

"Here's how the match starts as far as I know, we all are put onto platforms that are level with the ground then after a minute the mine that is put into the ground in front of the platform deactivates and we can all go. There in the middle of the 24 of us will be the Cornucopia with all manner of weapons, food, and supplies upon it and around it. So pretty much while some of us battle it out over the good stuff some people take what they can and run."

Sohac talks about the game and about some of the history of the Games to everyone at the table.

Dante quietly listens to the conversation about alliances, contributing nothing, but remembering just about everything, wheels turning in his head. He notices Lexx looking at him, and after a few times,

"Did you want to ask me something?"

"About any type you can normally think of: Swords, not usually axes, nets, tridents, spears, bows and arrows, knives, etc." Sohac says to Dante.

Everyone is in. Post your training station. Everyone is talking trash OR having hostilities OR being quiet, I think.

"Generally low tech weapons, swords, spears, bows, etc. Wouldn't be fun to watch if kids could head shot each other from half a mile away." The conversation thus continued onwards, back to the alliance. When out of the blue DAnte asked
"Did you want to ask me something?"
Apparently, Lexx hadn't been as subtle as she'd thought she was.
"I.. What? Oh, yeh. Why are you here, how do you not know all this already?"

After noticing that the boy was going to remain quiet she left he some bread and slid over to the large group of Tributes. She looks t the quiet kid leaning agianst the wall. "Hi, my name's Gail what's yours."

"I would like to request a trapping and poison detection training station."

Annoyed at Gail's ignoring his question Nabisco returns to his food while muttering under his breath.  He turns his head to listen to the group's chatter though.
