"Is that the formal name? Fuck but that's a distopian name for it. Why not 'Happy Bloodsports of fun for the greater glory of Oceana' or whatever lame-ass name this fucking hellhole has? You call something the Hunger Games, and one would think that the people would realize how fucked up governments rarely actually make the trains run on time. Furthermore, I, beyond the shadow of a doubt, would have a better chance of surviving your game if I had both an assault rifle, as well as a specific plan for ending said games for once and for ever."

"I assume that you're going to refuse my requests of 'How the fuck this fucking place got so fucked up' and 'How to stealthily kill an ugly-ass tribute guard and take his stuff without being noticed, which shouldn't be hard, as said guard looks like a pretty dumb fuck-up, then sneak said objects into the arena' on the same grounds?"

He turned to Dante, who was making quite the commotion and ushered him back into a corner.
"The Games, are meant to keep the people down, and remind them that the Capitol is the one in charge, not them.  I know many people who would revolt if they could, but the last time that happened, well, District Thirteen is a nuclear wasteland.  The Capitol has all of the technology and has since whatever great catastrophe it was that created Panem, we can't even hope to prick their sides before they would wipe us out."

Gail looked a Dante with suprising concreation. "All the fudd your making will make the game harder,and that will lower my chances of survival. I don't like my chances of surviva dropping any lower than they already are. Are we clear.? As she is talking to him she is fingering one of the steak knives from the table...um...suggestivly?

"Nuclear wasteland of district 13, huh? Now *that* sounds like a nice little bit of fucking fun. However, the duty of the people to fight evil is never released, no matter the costs. Be it death by atom, or a plate crushing the sector, or even stabbed by a relatively okayish looking steak knife on a table."

Dante turns looks Gail right in the eyes. "I've never killed a girl before, female with whom I have not been introduced, but I'd recommend against it. I'm almost certainly a better knife fighter than you. In any case, you're incorrect. The echo gulf echo intends for us to all kill each other until there is one, correct? Gives you a one in twenty-four., all things being equal. Assuming that my fucking about right now gets me killed, you're already at one in the ever loving prime of twenty-three, no? Moreover, assuming that I bring this whole fucking baby-skin house of cards tumbling down, I'd contend that there's a fair chance that more than one of us lives. If I've got my way with the scenes, the only one of us who'll die is the required traitor."

"Or when we get into the arena the game makers launcha huge clusterfuck trap to get rid of you and crown whoever survives winner. I can takeany of you, just like  did to the kids at sch- never mind! Let's just say that can take you andleave it at that. If your so set on the reveloution thing try to survive the Games. A champion often holds a large amount of inflenece.

"Now, that's incredibly illogical. If you're placing your life first in line, why would you be trying to persuade me to go survive? In any case, I'm a selfish son of a bitch, to some extent, I'm allowing my code of honor to be more important than good."

He looks down for a moment and shrugs.

"Still, without probably cause that winning this game would be best for ending said game, I'm not going to be playing. I don't expect it to keep me from hell, but I'm fully planning to land a kick to Satan's kneecap when I'm there."

"I said that so you would shut your moth long enough so that the gamemakers don't diecde to make the mines stay on longer than they should or something stupid like that. I apperciate your plans of saving the day but our ancestors tried that 77 yeras ago and it landed us right here. If you keep yelling screw the system we are all gonna die amd I have a family back home, so does everyone else here expect for you. Think a bout that before you incite a revloution we can't survive."Gail walks back to the table in an irrated mood.

Dante speaks to no one in particular. "The tree needs blood, sometimes . . . Easy to forget that people don't want to die, isn't it? I have to carry on regardless. Another reason to go to hell, I guess."


He quietly wanders to the class on spear use.
