Same for me, and people who i argue to dont seem to be able to give any arguments why it would be a horrid piece of shit that does not deserve exsistance.
(please note, minecraft has flaws, i'm just saying that these falws are not huge and you can largely just ignore them. (dont want to go to the end? DONT DO IT.))

My experience with Terraria tells me that this is largely a waste of time. Despite what KS projects always imply, they run into the same issues as every other popular project out there: signal-to-noise ratio. Especially with the internet crowd that likes building games. They include lots of types, but seem to include inordinate amounts of younger players who like to talk about Minecraft way too much.

Anyways, me suggesting things =/= them having a game plan. I'm excited that they're doing so well; but I don't want this to turn into another goddamn Terraria where the level of exposure does not meet the level of the game created. I'd hate to see another dev get the $1 million paycheck and then bail out a year later because they never planned on being that successful or staying with the game that long.

So yeah, I want stretch goals and a sense that this game has a future beyond its (already astronomically hyped) release. They've been working on this thing for quite a while, I'm hoping they have actual ideas and haven't just been wrestling with their engine for 6 months. Because I don't want another Terraria building game that promises the moon and delivers Hoboken, NJ at the end of the day.
