Okay, Cthulhu. Thanks for the advice.

Something is telling me that Fraxis should make Chryssalid insta-kill in Multiplayer to make up for the fact that they can be killed pretty easily by Laser weapons. That, or just make them cheaper overall.

Does Suppression's aim-chance de-buff stack if I have multiple soldiers suppress the same enemy?

By the time I encounter sectopods, I have ghost armour. I just stash a guy who has it nearby and take potshots with my sniper. It goes down in 2 turns, especially as snipers with ghost armour and double tap can 100% crit, 95% crit and then next turn do another 10 and the guy who's close can do almost a guaranteed hit with a 100% crit with ghost, if its needed.

Yup, that's the preorder bonus.

Look at it this way: Firaxis could've gone the route that almost every AAA developer does these days, and bundle actual content into their preorders. Not preordering XCOM just means you're short a few pretty-but-useless customization options.

Yeah, honestly some silly stuff like this is way better than bundling more guns (Sniper Elite) and extra levels (Darksiders 2).

Plus, preorder stuff is almost always released as DLC a few weeks after release.

Honestly I am half-convinced this was intentional and a sort of "Non-secret" as a way to overcome certain requirements that were forced upon them.

No it isn't.  If you bought the Special Edition, you got access to the extras.

Same thing really (except that special editions tend to still sell months afterwords)

No it isn't.  If you bought the Special Edition, you got access to the extras.

On Steam, at least, you had to pre-BUY the game not pre-order to get the deco thing.

Maybe it's redundant since I linked to my old post, but yeah: You can enable armor colors, but not armor decals, helmets or Guile Hair. Honestly armor colors are by far the most important of those there; it really does help you identify your guys and, y'know, it's cool.

Mind you still kinda wished they gave you more color control anyway. The fact that you can only chose between bright red and bright red... kinda doesn't help the feeling of the game.
Eh wot? There's like 32 colors or something. It's not a color wheel but it's not bad either.
