I plan on turning my corpse/refuse stockpile into a full-fledged arena, should make training soldiers a breeze.

Do you know you are a programmer when the things you are most excited about are bug fixes?

I want my dogs to be outside when I lock civilians to burrows! And I want the truetype font not to crash the game. I'd be happy JUST with that, but generally bug fixes enamor me the most.

Yes!  I'm really looking forward to the bugfixes.  And the bugfix releases - I may not move on until we've had at least one of those.

Ye know, being an usurper overseer gone mad with power isn't too bad. It's honestly not that different from being a normal overseer.
To summarize:
They do an epic face. If that fails, they beat said object to death with their beard.

I'll start up a new game, designate a long staircase down to the depths using the new 3D designations, sit back, and let out a lovely contented sigh.

I will change nothing on my initial test, in order to see just how insane a game can get when the front of your fortress looks like a boneyard and a wandering Necromancer just happens to stop by...

I've heard you can get raise-dead spells? If you can, I know I am going to have about 80 adventurers die trying to figure things out, and when I finally land a good one I want him to raise all my previous attempts as an undead army.

If it get really released in Jaunary, I will start playing new version about March/April, after weeding out most annoying game-breaking bugs. I am already looking forward to learning workarounds for new bugs that Toady will not bother fixing. </sarcasm>
