I'm postponing my excitement until the next version is actually released and we can actually see everything that can be done.

First: god tier abilities and interactions for my own mod. If I can make quest beds a thing, I will >:D

Second: Elder Scrolls interactions for those who want them.

Funny, I was thinking about that just now.  Making a mod that added destructive shouts to an adventurer's abilities.

You shout at the goblin maceman, "Fus Ro Dah!"
You are not the dragonborne.
Nothing happens.
The goblin maceman strikes your skull.

You shout at the Dwarf "THE BOOZE IS GONE."

The Dwarf has become enraged!

The Dwarf has been struck down.

Actually, on further reflection, I've decided that the first thing I'll do will be repeatedly embarking and forcequitting until I find a site that rains elf blood.

The second thing I'll do will be building an open-air trade depot, as a gesture of empathy towards our surface-dwelling, tree-fondling brethren :) :) :)

You may need to run Embark Anywhere in order to embark atop a forest retreat (which wouldn't actually contain a retreat, as elf settlements are disabled and just look like wilderness).

The nice thing about trade depots is that the elves come to you, after which they may be introduced to the wonders of your local meteorological anomalies. And then be left to stand in it for a month.

Yes, but if you embark somewhere, then you've made a dwarven site, and would probably be raining dwarf blood.

I was under the impression that it chose the type of blood randomly, unless Toady for some reason decided to embark with rodent men. Was there a post somewhere that I missed? ???

I figured it was restricted to important local civs.  Guess we'll see.

I'll have to see if it's possible to make [GOOD] regions rain booze and snow cheese. Because [GOOD] regions need love, too.

Hm....raining blood could be a problem if the blood was carrying a disease like gnomeblight.
