Drowned dwarf in channel can't be buried

One of my dwarves died in an outside channel (was mad), and now there's no way I can unflood the channel, so it appears that he can't be buried at all? I'm getting multiple "cannot bury: item inaccessible" messages...

I think the latest version should correct this type of behavior, though they might retain the jobs in your save.  The burial items might be an exception though.  That job always seems more annoying than the others.
