I'm hoping to make a mod once this comes out where every drop of sweet, sweet intoxication comes with a risk: there's a one in 10,000 chance that any given unit of booze kills the dwarf that drinks it. Thus, your dwarves are usually fine, but the potential for the death of your most friendly dwarf lurks in the background...
