Some light reading material, Strikes many cords.
« on: January 03, 2012, 10:32:27 am »

Now I wasn't sure were exactly this should go, Here or Life Advice. But I just now have finished reading a wonderful Book. It is about Dwarves naturally. And it struck many cords with Bay12's Dwarven Kin that it was very shocking and wonderfully engaging. I don't really know what to say about it other then, If you can find it, BUY IT, it also has 2 other books that follow in English, if your German, You could most likely find the 4th because the Author is German. FIND THEM!!!...

I am linking the Wiki Page about the Author, you should be able to find out about the other books. Now onto looking for the next in the Saga...

Tip, tell us the names of the books, possibly links to Google Books or Amazon or something, and more specifically why you like it.  It's more likely to general meaningful discussion...and without the actual titles, few people will go hunting for the books.

Yes, we would love to hear about it.  We just need you to tell us a little bit more.

I keep forgetting that people don't like to click links to find out information that isn't obvious...

The First Book is called "The Dwarves"

I did click your link and read your very short Wikipedia article.  It makes no mention of the forth book and just gives the titles of the second and third.  I didn't follow the link provided for the first, however.

Don't take this the wrong way, but for most people the default is 'my time is more valuable than yours'.  I suppose this community is unusually understanding, but still, your post didn't give me the motivation to want to jump through very many hoops.  I gave up after the Wiki article.  I'll read your new link in a little while, but the front cover certainly catches attention.
