Food! That's what's important for restaurants to have! How could I have forgotten about food??

If the restaurant's grand opening doesn't turn out absolutely wonderful, I will be a very displeased individual. Got to think quick...

Gather up 1-4 people for an ultra special, completely free, invitation only preview meal at my soon-to-be famous five star restaurant. And ensure that all of the exits are locked/guarded. Wouldn't want anyone disturbing our lucky visitors' meal of a lifetime.

Instruct the children to work through the night, making more wallets. Inform them that if their work is of sufficient quality, they get to visit a duck pond, and they will get a scrap of my affection. Failure will result in nobody ever loving them. EVER.

Keep an eye out for troublemakers- if all is right with the workshop, get some much deserved shuteye. Lots of wallets to sell tomorrow!

Okay, NOW go find the guy inside. Climb through, crawl under, break if needed, but try to be SO STEALTHY.

Keep my PSI up and active to avoid surprised and make people less interested if needed.


Through the creative use of a soda can, two discarded sandwich wrappers, and a conveniently placed ladder, Jessica makes it over the walls and into the embassy.

As far as Jessica can tell, the only person left in the building is the one guy she already knows about. Still makes her way through the embassy as stealthily as possibly, by which I mean that she executes far too many somersaults, and hides behind things for no readily apparent reason. Eventually she spots her quarry, a tall Arabic man shuffling a vacuum cleaner around without much enthusiasm.

Action: Gerome makes haste away!

Gerome scrambles away out the back door, and you decide to follow him. After all, who is this mysterious Gerome, and why do you feel so strangely attracted to him? You've barely met him for two seconds, yet you feel as if you've known him your entire life. Is it possible, nay, probable that Gerome is what somebody would call your soul-mate? An individual destined to be with you for the rest of your life just as you are destined to be with him? You've always thought that the concept was laughable, but after seeing Gerome for just a second you Ah crap.

As Gerome exits the firing range through the back door he is met with a hail of bullets from the police. Admittedly the police probably should have yelled at him to freeze and put his hands up or something, but to be fair the amount of crime in this city has risen by 17234 percent since you've been here. Gerome may be a goner, but you're still inside the building, and thus not riddled with holes.

Through your innate powers of observation and guessing, you know that at least three policemen are guarding the back door. One has a revolver, the other a pistol, and the third a shotgun. The police really need more weapon selection or something, they're starting to get far too predictable.

Blow-by-Blow Sequences have been delayed due to those @$%#@#% backstabbing Northumbrians. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Also, Capt Joun Quire still needs to submit an action for his Blow-by-Blow, and Gerald Root needs to stop rolling ones for his actions. That is all.

You stare longingly into the blank eyes of Gerome for a couple seconds, before you run back into the building, seeking out the washroom. To your great luck, the bathroom is actually on the side of the range, and has a window large enough for you to squeeze through. Chuckling to yourself, you prop the window open and climb through, landing on the other side with a graceful thump.

"Halt right there! Put your hands were we can see them!"

Ah crap. It turns out that the police are smart enough to know about the bathroom trick. Two of them, armed with revolvers, face you from behind a couple garbage cans. A small group of handcuffed men lie next to them. Obviously you weren't the first person to exit through the bathroom either. Damn.

Engage man in conversation. Look friendly, and use some Psi to share those emotions with him.

What is he thinking, by the way? Use Psi to keep up on his thoughts, and respond appropriately.

Jessica, impressed by her ability to sneak around, looks for something loud to knock over. However she is surrounded by completely quiet tables and chairs, so she just settles for tipping one over. The cleaner, after hearing the now definitively loud chair falling over, goes to investigate. Jessica, seeing that the jig is up, pops up and begins to talk to the man.

Unfortunately Jessica doesn't know how to speak Arabic, so her ability to deduce the man's thoughts is hampered somewhat. Still, she gets a prevailing sense of boredom from his thoughts. Well, at least until Jessica knocked over the chair that is.

Jessica, feeling decidedly friendly, begins to push general thoughts of friendliness into the man's head. His eyes lose their focus, and he collapses. Jessica, slightly surprised at what she's done, goes over to see if he's still alive. As she stands over him, giving his liver a good poke, the man suddenly leaps up and envelops Jessica in a bearhug (which is no mean feat).

"Have I ever told you that you're my best friend?" the man says, with a thick Arabian accent.

Action: Innovation point use!

Pretend to surrender, then take them all down hand to hand, Jason Bourne style. Trademark the term.


You slowly raise your hands above your head, and one of the cops walks forward to slap a pair of handcuffs on you.

Gerald Root has consumed an Innovation Point!

Gerald Root rushes forward in a flurry of punches and kicks!


As the thoughts about trademarks crosses your mind, the cops are already lying on the ground, thoroughly subdued. Judging by the twitching, they're still alive, but will probably be drinking through a straw for the next ten years.

The handcuffed men are a bit uneasy about being rescued by a commy liberal pinko, but they're smart enough to not bite the hand that frees them, especially when said hand had just incapacitated two police officers far too easily. As the men scatter to the four winds you decide to follow their example, and make it back to the Daughters of Liberty without any trouble.

Through a long, drawn out and decidedly not creepy conversation, the man tells Jessica that the embassy couldn't pay the rent on the building, and thus were kicked out. Also, he has no idea where the embassy would go after being kicked out, but suspects that they might be in a nearby hotel, assuming that they haven't returned to the mainland or something.
