Haadees is one of the major four eldest Velakaii. He's associated with wind, air, hair, pride, regal power, protection, serpents, colours of red, green and gray. His powers and sphere of influence are wind and air related.
Usually he appears in form of a long dark green serpent, with red eyes, yellow fangs, and red hair sprouting from his head and five spots on his back.
He is called Desiii Haaj (king of wind, words for king and wind are designed in Kevekiii Kvakeii after him), Heiii Velaka (second Velaka), Rikaaiii Vaal (lord of serpents), Rikaakolvaivii Haaj (king of the serpent-kin), Ūālaviii Avelekek (protector of the world), and similar epithets.
Being one of the most powerful Velakaii, Haadees has greatly influenced the world and everything in it. First thing he did was, he filled The Vastness with his raging wind, for pretty much no significant reason, just to show his power. The world was no more empty, but inhospitable.
(Remember Dervak, that cool frog wizard hero with cape and brown hair? His main objective was to gather all the wind of Haadees in order to secure his world, and store it inside artifacts (he especially liked forging swords))After Q'uaksna turned on everyone else, Haadees was the only one of the eldest four that wasn't dormant at the moment, still, the most powerful one. So he proclaimed himself king of the universe. No one objected. He wasn't a bad king of the universe. Under his overseeing, it was a safe place, yet he was very prideful. He created many plants, trees and creatures on his own, just to show his power, and released it on earthly realms.
If you ever spot anything with more hair than it should have, that's 'cause of this guy. Old tales also say he also gave power to one particular mečona, who would be later known as Mek'a'-čona, in exchange for oath of lifelong servitude.
In the next age he's gonna be overthrown by Bazhlee. But I'm not that far with lore yet. Only after he was overthrown, old tales also say that Mek'a'-čona didn't care one way or another about the oath, he broke free and became great villain, wanting to surpass even Velakaii in power. That's another story, however...
