Started on a model of my drawn character for school, but forgot to upload progress to my Drive. The computers at school wipe every night, so that's work wasted.

I've still got the super basic meshes made of modified starter content from Maya though.

Thank you. I got lucky and managed to recover the high poly. The only problem now is that it's so high poly Maya crashes when I try to do anything with it. That and both it and the low poly version don't have UVs for some reason, and since both the low and high poly objects need to share textures, it would probably be easier to redo the high poly anyways. More opportunity to practice Z-Brush, I guess.

Me too but Im just one guy... and my attempt to work with others so far has been like, quite unfortunate. I'd have to hire animators and voice actors and be dependant on each of them to put in the work, and would have to abandon the project should a single one resign, its not viable. Maybe on a smaller project, but not on that juggernaught (150 pictures produced omg)

In the other hand you'll have a lil webcomic that's already something !

I mean thats a tad ambitious for what is essentially just a glorified DF AAR. Plus pros these days only do 3D and I'll shoot myself in the nostrils before it happens to Mong Kima
