I finally got around to doing a game in Game Maker Studio 2, and I can't believe that it actually resembles a thing that you could possibly play, maybe

And all of this was done in about 5 days of toying around and figuring a lot of it out by myself, I only really used a single tutorial to learn a few of the basics, and I would occasionally reference said tutorial if I forgot something.

I'm pretty proud.

I gotta say, I really like it It's missing shading, but I don't blame ya what with the size being small, so great job, dude!

I like what you're going for here, the contrast is nice and the situation is interesting. I would point out that the horse's feet look way too far off the ground for a walking pace.

Dowg and crowbro being the ones i'm actually considering finishing. Dowg because the pose actually worked pretty well (and looks like an improved version of this), crowbro because i like how the design turned out. I also deliberately chose to doodle him because i wish to punch my anxiety about being stamped as a furry. :v

It's just an anxiety thing, which many of us know is not necessarily rational. Long story short, i'm afraid of rejection, and i fear that people will reject me if they get the impression that i'm a furry. I know it's pretty stupid (even more so because it doesn't exactly take a genius to spot that i like anthropomorphic characters*), but alas, it is an issue that's causing both my brain and my bowels moderate amounts of distress. Drawing and posting crowbro out in the open is a step towards resolution of this particular anxiety issue. :v

* I may fit the bill but i still don't consider myself part of the fandom, this probably stems from Disney cartoons en masse

Nice crowbro, bro. I also like the poopflakes, I wouldn't eat them, but the box is great. And thanks, I still have a long way to go, but at least I know how to make a game look like a game now.
