Upload my drawings? But there is (Hearthstone) memeing to do!

Sometimes it laaaasts in love, and sometimes...

(It is an audio thing. You can skip the first twenty seconds if you like, I guess.)

The second cut is a bit choppy because I'm lazy.

Alright actual drawings and art stuff.

If you can't see the Dark Souls vibes here... well, you've never played a Souls game I guess.

I'm pretty happy with all of these (except the thing I pointed out), so bring on the criticism if you have it please.

Definitely getting the Dark Souls vibe from the last one, although it strikes me that that's a very unpleasant angle for a neck to be twisted at, even for an undead. :v
Anyhoo, you're actually asking for criticism, so LET'S GET THIS SHOW ROLLIN'

Mr. Overgrizzle is actually pretty good, but there are a few things that need mentioning:
- His head is somewhat slanted to the right
- Eyes too large for a realistic drawing (not tremendously so though)
- He needs a brow ridge to go with the eyebrows (which would also require the nose bridge to stick out a little further)

casul strole:
- Neck is twisted at an ouch-tier angle (people RARELY turn their heads that much without also twisting the upper body)
- Upper body and legs are at an odd angle to each other
- peg legs but you know that (too much perspective applied, the legs really aren't that far away)
+ ... I love the armor design :v

dark strolls:
- As mentioned, painful head angle
- Perspective is all over the place; the hollow's chest is viewed directly from the front, while everything else alludes to a higher point of view, even things that are above said chest
- That is one short spear (the overall angle of it makes it look like it's pointing almost straight down)
- Leaning tower of Lordran in the background
- Leaning hollow of probably-going-to-fall-over due to center of mass being outside base of support
- LITTLE BABY FEET

I'd draw a few examples, but sadly my tablet here doesn't really agree with Krita. If you want, i can draw the few examples once i get to my laptop, but if you don't care then i'll just... Not do that. :v

HMHM, that's a pretty neat idea! I should try that too and try to not inadvertently put two hours into it. :v
But meanwhile, 'BOUT THEM LEGS, ARX:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

You need not taper them so much. In most situations where you'd see significant tapering of the legs, there's also going to be foreshortening involved, along with corresponding widening of the upper body. Also, remember that adult feet are usually close to... Well, one foot in length (notably longer than a flat hand, but hardly any wider), since we'd otherwise tip forwards or backwards too easily.

also BROW RIDGE AND POKING STICK

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Brow ridge is basically just that little bit missing, spear may require slight explanation: Basically, this is where your perspective/foreshortening skills get to shine. It gets extra tricky if the spear handle is also tapered, in which case you might need to bring out more circles and perspective lines to nail it. Start with a straight cylinder, widen/narrow the ends as necessary, and interpolate between them (with a ruler if need be, ain't no shame in using those for straight lines).

So uh, i hope this helps, but in any case it at least helped me take another step out of my (f)art drought. :v

-snip-
I would suggest to practice perspective if you go into landscapes, just knowing how objects should be placed in a scene and where the horizon is helps a lot.
There's a tutorial done by fox-orian that gives a nice basic tutorial to perspective, link here.

Did some 3d modeling today, first time ever succeeding in doing so.
I went with an easy subject: hills/mountain-y areas, I intend to to paint over them in the near future.

A bit project I'll work on, was inspired by another artist that does great arts ( Neso, if anyone's interested ).
Also, he's rocking a polearm since all avian warriors need something that you can poke people at a distance :>.

I deeply enjoyed this in your game. It is simple, effective, and nice. :3
Albeit I'm a tiny bit lost at the latest update at the door. :P Some symbols are repeated, so I'm figuring language in another form, but that's for the game.

That was a nice gif!

-snip- art stuff
I get a medieval artist feel from your drawings, you could do one of two things with it, go full force towards stylized art, or work on representing volume with flat representations to work away from it, I get the feeling you've got problems visualizing 3d objects and space as flat imagery.

Imaginary vanishing point might help.
