Not really. I keep drawing that like a fedora, even though I don't imagine a 17th-esque-century world to have them, so I guess they're closer to a failed attempt at a cavalier hat more than anything...
I guess this kind of made me want to do some research on old-timey headwear so I can stay at least mildly accurate. Yeah, there's magic, then guns come up, but that doesn't mean that people should be wearing out-of-timeline clothes. ;T

There's a niggling thought in my head that I've asked this before (and I probably have), but what program do you wake these with?

Sorry for the lack of replies guys, the internet wasn't being cooperative and I wasn't in the mood to fight it tbh. But now that it's better let's get to it.

@Shook, yes it did help, not as much as I'd have liked but hey, I'll take what I can get.

@defeeca, that does look unsettling, like nightmare level unsettling. Makes me thing of the Old man from SCP too for some reason.

Anyways, with that out of the way, have all the cloudwatchers I haven't posted because of internet reasons:

Spoiler: 6 (click to show/hide)

Yes, it's only two, I haven't been that productive for the past couple of weeks, well, not digitally atleast, but you'll get the sketchbook stuff eventually (and there's about a hundred sketches in there, I've really stepped up the game this time).

I swear that post failed to send when my browser froze... My life was just turned upside down. I actually didn't want to send it because of that very typo.

I spent way too much time on this today, but I'm pretty sure it is a probability distribution function, and it does look something like what I'd want a moderately-talented, ordinary person's results to look like in an RPG, now that I've decided to dispense with a dice metaphor entirely.

Now I just need to figure out how to go from that son of a bitch to an actual RNG.

EDIT: Is a probability distribution function or can be normalized to one. That central peak is too high...

EDIT: Or not. Gotta review how skewing things actually works, I suppose.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Probability distributions are a pain to get into a form where you can stick a number in and get where it falls in the distribution.
