I think I've posted it before in here, but in short, it's an avian version of Sherlock Holmes in a way, or any other 19th century fiction detective. It's for my second worldbuilding project (worry not, Gun Francisco is still a thing but my conworlding attention will be split between the two) called Chrononauts, which in short is my spin on the 80s sci-fi Saturday morning cartoons, with a time-traveling group of superheroes and stuff...And this guy is one of them.)
