Right you are.
Srs talk though, neat hand! The thumb lacks that joint line on the center though, and the pinky could do with a slightly thicker base, but those two nitpicks besides, you have a good grasp on hands, i dare say.

It... it looks like a sea monster facepalming with both hands. Which sounds like the appropriate reaction to that movie, but I'm sure I'm wrong about what I'm looking at.

I drew a cloaked and hooded figure riding on a dinosaur today. Originally it was supposed to be a velociraptor, but I couldn't get the extended claw to look good, so it's just a generic carnivore.

Also ShadowHammer, I suggest you use references for drawing pretty much anything, especially tricksy stuff like dinos. In this case, the limbs look incredibly bulky and humanlike, not exactly the trademark of a speedy little devil like the velociraptor.

Also re: references, i'm probably an idiot in that i don't like to take references, and rarely ever do so except when i'm explicitly practicing the drawing of a particularly difficult thing (HAAAAAAAAAAAAANDS), or if i'm genuinely stumped about how something actually looks. I have a reason for this though, i don't want to be dependent on references at all. My short term memory isn't always super fantastic, and if i'm taking references, i CONSTANTLY have to check if i'm placing lines the right way, which is a right pain when i'm trying to get in the proper doodling mojo.

Obligatory dinosaur construction plug. I know dinosaurs actually had their center of gravity above their feet, and that their skulls were parallel to their necks, but screw reality. :U
