So I've been sketching some faces. Some are alright, to be honest.

Trying to get used to my mouse for now until I get a tablet.

Arx, that's a really nice drawing. The wrist doesn't look too bad. The only thing that really sticks out is the small axe head. It's fine to have a small one if it's facing away, but if that's the case the base of the pole should be noticeably thicker than the top.

Ya, very nice Arx. Question, did you draw lines first and then color it in? Or just go right in to making shapes with paint tools?

I did a thing. My computer science teacher has a secret webpage on our school's computer science website dedicated to showing various photoshops of his face onto various things. Usually hilariously obvious, intentionally bad style shops that are either completely absurd, referencing nerd culture, or are just flat terrifying.

Considering it's my senior year, and my compsci teacher's a supah cool dude, I figured I could do a thing. He's been playing Borderlands 2 regularly recently, and made various jokes about how it's all he does in his spare time now. Hence why I came up with this. He liked it. I assume he'd be cool with an image bearing his likeness appearing randomly on the internet in a forum. He's got a facebook and stuff.

Used GIMP and the magic of the magic wand tool and layers. Made the logo using a png arrangement of the alphabet in Borderlands style font carefully duplicated, cropped and edited and rotated to spell out the class. Had the most fun making the logo, oddly enough. Probably could have edited the hands to go over the face, and had the idea to change the logo to "CODERLANDS 2" for more pun factor, but it'd take way more effort to make that logo, and gimp had already remashed all my layers back together. I was already happy enough with this result.

But while i was drawing it, i realized that i had accidentally poked almost every single fear button i have with nightmare faces, so i was unable to finish it. Gonna give fair warning, it MIGHT actually be a bit creepy to look at, so open this spoiler at your own risk.

Not being sarcastic, by the way. At that point in the drawing, my brain suddenly began flashing a finished version of that face before my eyes, and that was rather unpleasant, given that i was styling it after what i'd consider to be the scariest face i could think of. :I
