You should probably put an NSFW warning on that spoiler. Nice work though.

That's quite good, somebody!

I know we have quite a few good spriters on here, so I'm going to fish for some feedback/affirmation. I'm trying to work with the NES palette/colour limitations.

I love it when I a song just guides me trough a piece. Just go on autopilot since you're too tired to think and paint away :D

This one was under the influence of In Flames, does it show?

I am developing a respect for the people who knew how to make 16x16 3-colour tiles look good.

In a different board, the concept of dwarves wearing skirts caused my brain too much anguish, so I made a quick and dirty pencil sketch to illustrate why dwarves shouldn't wear skirts.

The basic problem, is with their limb proportions: a midthigh skirt becomes a miniskirt, and a miniskirt becomes crotchless daisy dukes.

Observe: mid thigh skirts on dwarfette vs on uppity human:

Bear in mind this was a 10 minute doodle, not a concentrated effort at drawing.

Legs look a bit too close together. The arm going upwards also bothers me a bit. The shoulder looks like it'll fall off at the slightest touch, it's so small.

Other than that, though, I think it's decent.
