You kind of have to just troll around until you find someone whose art style you like, then see if they're doing commissions. Usually they say so right on their main profile area, either in the profile description or in a journal post.

Most commissions are in the $15-30 range for portraits. Beyond that quality tends to drastically increase

Tumblr is another place commissionable artists tend to be around.

Yep. Check DeviantART, Tumblr, or (to a lesser extent) Pinterest and Imgur. You can find people on Pinterest but there's quite a few pins that won't lead you back to the original source.

Perspective can be a pain in the ass. No matter how I tried, the handles on the drawers just wouldn't look right.

It looks strange IMO because it's just one line. AFAIK most cracks in hard surfaces like that have smaller cracks coming off of them, especially if the crack was caused via impact.

What's that floor made of, and what might have caused the crack? If something causes a crack that large in a concrete floor it probably leaves a crater as well.

Cracks like that in concrete are common, usually because of expansion and contraction.
