Honestly though, i don't think the dithering works for relatively clean metallic surfaces like that. Knight armour, while possibly a bit dented and scratched, is usually polished to all hell, and doesn't have a grainy texture.
Also, it feels like the mouth holes are rather haphazardly placed. The middle one should possibly be vertical, and the furthest one (to our right) should appear narrower due to the curvature of the helmet. In fact, i think you could get away with making them all narrower, one could nearly fit an entire spear through there. :U
The hands are pretty decent, no specific complaints there.
One thing that bothers me intensely about the feet is that
the furthest foot sticks further down than the nearest. It might just be me being a horrid nitpicker, but i feel like it should be the other way round. :v
It seems a bit odd to me that the cape curves TOWARDS his feet, since normally, it'd probably either just like flop into a bunch on top of itself or get dragged away from the knight due to friction.
EXAMPLE DOODLE (nevermind the phallic shape of his torso, that's just me accidentally drawing dicks without even trying).
AND FINALLY, the feather plume kind of looks more like a sausage (not a dick, mind you, just a sausage). Plumes like that will basically never have such a neat outline, it generally needs to be fluffy and/or flowing.
