I made a vector thing that might eventually be an NPC in something I might do.

That looks pretty cool, like the head of a Spathi with a rad hair-do.  Also what do you mean by vector?  I only know about vectors through terrifying rumors spread by people in much higher math classes than me.

Vector graphics. Essentially polygons/curves/lines to represent an image instead of pixels. They're nice because they can be rescaled to any size without the huge pixels/blurring you get with pixel stuff.

Also, vectors in math aren't too bad, provided you don't hate trig too much.

A dancer. There's not really enough room for legs, so I tried to make it look a bit dramatic.
