I need to work on the perspective for her head, because it's supposed to look like she's looking down, but I think it came out as if she has no face. The head should also be lower, now that I think about it. I'll get it better next time I have to draw a character playing sick riffs on their medieval stringed instrument, though.

I'm contemplating starting up my first-ever forum game. I'm not sure what the characters or story will be, but I'm thinking of dropping four adventurers into a dungeon and letting them go after an artifact. Something short and simple so it doesn't get out of hand.

Very nice! I'm loving how you used a nice, dark brown for your negative space instead of black. I love unified color schemes like this. The posing could use a little work, though. The hand on the fret of the mandolin looks a little stiff.

Vector stuff! Me gusta! You've really spoken to the strengths of the medium by having big, distinct features. If I could offer up some criticism, you might want to make your hair end in nice sharp edges instead of the blobs you have going on here.

Yeah, I need more practice with the hair. Good hair takes time with vectors.

As for your game there, I like the art style! Just be careful, some very long-running games ave started with exactly that premise.

It looks fine bruh. Don't be so hard on yourself. Don't worry about how good you are now. Just draw regularly and you'll get better.

If you want critique, make the outlines or lineart darker once you color it. Thick and/or dark lines really helps make a cartoony look.

Seems to me like i pretty much get the smallest amount of comments per thing posted in here, likely because i post so many things that people just go like "oh it's Shook again, okay". (either that, or people don't look at spoilers)
On one hand, i'm always curious to hear what people are thinking, but on the other, i also respect that people might not have anything that they deem worthwhile to say. I know i often feel like that, so why would others not?
