Also, plans to melt down zinc pennies and cast them into a little dwarf is ongoing. More details late next week (if ever).

You might want to be careful with that. Zinc oxide fumes are kinda bad for you.

I looked it up and you don't get the zinc oxide fumes if you're melting pure zinc. Also, if you did get them for some reason, they're thick white and very obvious so you'll be able to tell.

The only problem is finding enough American pennies, because our Canadian pennies aren't being produced any more so I'm keeping as many as possible (and the modernest ones are made of copper-plated steel, not zinc).

I made a cake for an event at my college. The theme was superheroes. What do y'all think?



And before someone mentions it, yes, I did mess up Captain America's logo. It's my greatest shame.

I drew this for a game in FG&R, and sorta like how it came out, despite its flaws. Hopefully actually liking something I draw won't be too much of a fluke. Only 90 minutes from start to finish, too, which is quite good given my usual lack of focus.
