Back near the start of this year I bought Minecraft. After building a castle and the usual things I was stumped with what to build next.
So... Touhou happened.
The majority of the buildings are based off what official artwork I could find (not much) and the backgrounds from IaMP, SWR and Hisoutensoku. Where I lacked official pictures I used fanart (such as with the Palanquin Ship), what I could remember from the scenes present in the games (again with the Palanquin Ship, the deck is based off the pattern in game), or I just used what I imagined it to be like (Scarlet Devil Mansion for the layout, though the library, foyer and clock tower are based off backgrounds, as well as the basic design for the front. It's from a small, black and white pencil sketch).
I feel compelled to add that most of it was build by hand. Though, for my own sanity and good health the bamboo forest I build using repeated squares that slotted together (Straight, Corner, Dead End, Crossroads etc), the earth around the Palanquin Ship and some areas underground were excavated using MCEdit.
I've had this sitting on my computer for ages, but there's no fun keeping it for myself.. so here you all go. I encourage you to explore the area (The buildings are all pretty close together (usually just within sight of each other). If I was to draw a line around the border, than the Hakurei Shrine, Scarlet Devil Mansion, Hakugyokurou, Palanquin Ship and Eientei would be on the edges.
Use it for whatever. Building, exploring, roleplaying (keep me in mind if you plan to, I'd be interested in observing, maybe taking part), or blowing up/burning it all to the ground.
http://www.mediafire.com/?2jvjjdjw3t8z38e40meg, and it's compressed into a .zip file called Enerva. Copy the Enerva folder into your Minecraft save folder. It'll most likely need patch 1.2.5 installed, but no other mods are required.
On Windows 7 it is located at:
C:\Users\
UserName\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
the AppData folder might be hidden. Unfortunately I can't remember at the moment how to make folders visible.
Anyway, enjoy all y'all!
