4. PMed.

Note the edit.

As for 3, I didn't edit anything yet. Therefore, no log.

EDIT: From turn 1, please everyone note the amount you spend on joint research as such.

Example:  JOINT Education ($3400)

Also, mark research as such:

Individual :
  Economics ($3200)
  Education ($5000)

JOINT Education ($12000)

If not noted, all research will be treated as individual.

Thank you for your future cooperation.

About S&P, alright, I am perfectly satisfied with these terms. I put my case to rest. Still, back to the edits, I was referin to the Turn 1 Post edits in general, although I am well aware of which most, if not all of them, were due to the addition of other individuals' turns.

As an addition to your post on Individual/Joint research, may I suggest that the dice distribution too be assigned in the Action posts??

Write dice distribution if you want.

Without any instruction, I'm calculating it as 1d150 - 0.5.

So if theres a tech to increase interest on savings - shouldnt there be a base rate? Or are we starting from 0 on that regard?

The increase isn't on top of a base, it is a flat bonus with a percentual coverage. So yes, it is a base of 0 until otherwise is said.

Thats Azthor trying to sound like he knows how your system works based on how you worded the techs

No, that is me displaying elementary level English: "Economics : Interest is paid on the treasury balance at the start of each turn. 1~4% is added to the interest rate with each level of this tech, up to 25%". Do note "1~4% is added to the interest rate each level of this tech", that translates, specifically, to a base increase to interest rates. While it is true that the base could be different from 0, should he mention it, before such happens, given there was no comment on the matter other than this specific technology, 0 was the only doable assumption.

Added up to 25%, doesnt say a word about a base rate - thus a legitimate question to ask. And my statement stands, Second Language or not, moreso since it is, theres are many ways to hide information in the english language. I love it for that, i hate it for 100 other reasons though. I prefer my latin, VIRES ET HONESTAS!

I too am a native "latin speaker". Surely, you refer to how english is considerably less overly specific in its sentences, allowing for more points of interpreatation than the those who came from latin, considerably more determinative. Back on track, you conveniently ignored the comma in ", up to 25%".
