So what is your point about duality there?

I just lost my whole post... Rage. You may be a God of rebirth, survival and evolution, but you can only bring out these positive traits throuhh rampant destruction, hence, only the desperate will ever reach out for you. The Crymits are not sufficiently threatened that they'd go for such a sacriice, and the blobs are not sufficiently intelligent to see beyond "most of us die in extreme agony upon infection". Your duality can only ever be brought out when you present yourself as the lesser of two evils. An advanced society may be able to rationalize the sacrifce, but at the stage we find ourselves in, overall advancement and long-term survival aren't taken in equation by the different species.

I don't agree with the idea I have to be the lesser of two evils, especially since morals are fairly flexible and what is evil for one is not evil for all. But I can understand how you think that it would take a more... Uh. Advanced race to worship me. I don't agree with it, but I understand it.

You say your emperors would reject me out of kind, but can I ask, what if there was a major threat? Such as another race about to exterminate yours or a emperor would die or something like that? Then could I convince some of the emperors to worship me to save their race or themselves or whatever?

Not really, that would be incredibly OP. For you to have an idea, Poltifar's blobs would be, at most, able to parasite it.

There's no justice there, just uncaring cosmic law.

There's no mistaking it: The Uncleansed is a villan in the story of life. It spreads death, insanity and disease across the world, making foulness wherever it goes. The fact that some victims are spared or even improved is not proof of an underlying virtue, but rather an acknowledgement that evil may play at being a hero when it is amusing to do so.
