Draiotch turns once again to Devourers and decides to aid them with a gift a little more... Substantial.
Bless small groups of Devourers with magical affinity for casting certain elements, these being Fire, Water, Earth and Air.

Returning to the lands of the crymits, it decides to get a start on a personal project.
Begin creating the Praeclusium under 11.06, a gigantic, modular library created to hold all knowledge in the world. It will at first be composed simply of a large cylender with 3 layers of ringed balconies. The only entrance is a gigantic sealed door with a slide puzzle on the front.

(Hoping the library could count as a temple, but it's up to you.)

Put 2 EP into the technology of shelter building and 2 EP into tribalism (civil trait). The Retha will continue learning about tool-making (mostly for making tools that help in building things and gathering building materials). The Retha will also expand into 13.08, 13.09, 13.10, 14.11, 15.10, 16.10, 16.09, 15.08 and 14.08 such that the population density in all tiles will be equal. The Retha will also learn about the properties of the various plants in their homeland and start developing a system of barter.

The Retha quickly learned how to build primitive structures, and soon lean-tos and huts started appearing all over Retha lands. This prompted the Retha that were building the shelters to investigate ways to make tools that would help them to build various structures and to gather building materials.

The message from Omoloth to his Retha followers also caused them to cluster together to form tribes and to adjudicate between themselves by means of an elected council. Since this allowed Omoloth's followers to have a much larger influence on their surroundings, many of their neighbours also adopted tribalism. This also had the effect of inducing many unaffiliated Retha to settle in unoccupied territory away from the Retha homelands.

The blobs spread in all directions, attempting to maintain an homogenous distribution of biomass. That does not apply to the plagued ones, as they seem to be stuck to the plagued tile for now. The Hivemind is now capable of exerting its will into the general area (2 EP), an ability measured by Power Points, gained at a 1PP Limit/100 Devourer Kilotons rate. PPs regenerate fully each round, but cannot be carried over from one round to another. The average Devourer's fluids have also become substantially more corrosive (2 EP), improving ther survivability and enabling the digestion of tougher animal tissue.

Aaaaw...  :D you're too kind... thanks you very much!

The city of Odreploy suddenly found itself with a new building. obviously a gift from the Soulstorms. (aka "gods") Crymitian emperors immediatly understood its goal, and decrete it a neutral ground for all dynasties. It is also declared a shrine to knowledge, peace and meditation.

After the gift of Omoloth, temples spread around the countries. Most of Crymitian cities now host at least a little shrine to the Labour God, and craftscrymits get used to pray every morning for a good day of work.

Emperors, especially those interested in magic and/or politics (that is to say, eight out of ten emperors), begin to get used to ask Draioth for a solution to a problem. Libraries begin to spread after the Praeclusium's apparition.

Crymits refine their craftsmanship, especially for building things. Studying the Praeclusium to be able to create libraries. Instead of books, make crystal tablets.

As their numbers grow, the crymits began to feel their homes quite crowded. So the High counsil declared that all mountains to the north are open to colonization. Young Emperors could now leave their dynasties and go create their own.

Attempt to colonize 09.06, 10.06 and 12-06. Colonization forces are composed of around 2000 young emperors, most of them trained in the arts of combat and magic, and 20 million commoners, with lotsa soldiers.

Meanwhile, the Kazanag dynasty, masters of Krakaloy and owners of most mining operations in the northern part of Crymitian empire, begin to get pretty pissed by the Zjelldursin devouring their commoners. So they order 33 Emperors from their army to go and slay the beast. They were chosen for their skills with battle magic. The three commanders were master Mazza'kaza, mastering the Arcane Bolt and Arcane Slash, his former apprentice Siggb'nav, who knows the Lightning Strike spell (fervent worshipper of Draioth), and Mistress Lhullie'birce, not a very powerful battle mage, but a clever empress and a good strategist. She should be able to prevent unnecessary losses. 3000 soldiers go with them. they probably cannot do anything to harm the Zjelldursin, but at least they could protect their masters with their own bodies, and some will be kept behind, ready to free any emperor from the prismatic embrace (aka Eye of Kaa)

Send said forces to hunt the Zjelldursin, lure it into a large cavern, and the emperors, separated into three groups, shall attack it from afar with magic. Avoid losses and flee if the ennemy reveal itself to be too strong.

PS: operation launched IF AND ONLY IF at least some emperors are able to cast battle spells useful in combat situation.

Also, spend 3EP into Magic Affinity (representing progress from Draioth gifts), and 1EP into "Architectural mastering" (civil trait, capacities of building things)

A word to the wise: You can not kill the thing with nearly so few forces. You are just going to lose guys if you send in that many.

imma gonna test that fucker. Orders are given to escape before heavy commoners/ any emperor losses.
I want to see how it can handle this amount of forces, so I can evaluate the numbers required to give killing strike.

He might not be able to destroy it unless he gets lucky, but he can probably manage to drive it away. It's not a combative or overly aggressive creature, more of an opportunistic omnivore. If you show you are willing to fight back with force, it might just run away or something, at least for a while.

So, Azthor, are you planning on saving up your EP for something?

I am waiting for Wimdit to reply to a PM before using my EP as I might have to burn them on a specia trait.
