I saw the symbol for masterwork items around a sharp rock. Does it do more damage than the average sharp rock?

Test it. get a low quality sharp rock, and a high quality sharp rock. Mod your speed to one move per tick. find targets. throw the rock from a set distance. compare average damage from each quality level of rock. then try using it as a melee weapon. compare.
