[3+1] You can't create the forest and the land for it at the same time, but you successfully create tree-friendly soil surrounding the scrubland.
Create an entropic(partly random) realm. One that is stable enough for itself and inhabitable by humanoid creatures.
Appearance is that of a cloud, thick and hard to see through.
[6] You create a crackling maelstrom of dark power studded with multicolored lights and lightning.

Throw rthe hell ball at the turtle
[4] vs [2+1] Derm fails to protect the turtle, as the hellball hits it in his very arms. [1] The turtle catches it in its mouth and begins playing with it like an oversized ball.
Mobkogoth shall simply dabble in the small minds of Thrakor's ugly creatures, enlarging their consciousnesses and making them more intelligent as he watches the battle 'twixt the turtle and its foes.
