I'll work on securing my little bit of, uh, land...Doing so, it'll make future attempts at shaping/molding/changing it easier. As in,  reinforcing it.

IronyOwl, I love how the format is. Fast turns, easy to read, and you don't get screwed over for being late in posting. Keep it up, man!

Within the sphere, create a long spire of a random material stretching from the top and bottom of it. Then, strengthen the sphere!

If anyone needs some help in an emergency (See: Giant turtles), just ask, and I'll be glad to lend a hand!...Of course, I may ask for one in the future, but...Meh.

Still discreetly pulling strings backstage, Mobkogoth shall telepathically contact Derm, informing him of the imminent danger to his mighty basketball-turtle, and how Azundan has sent his tiny army of humans to attack it!

Yes, I like the whole 'Acts' idea, too. Really makes for a good, fast pace! :)

Turn 7: Battle!

I'll work on securing my little bit of, uh, land...Doing so, it'll make future attempts at shaping/molding/changing it easier. As in,  reinforcing it.
[1] You soften and weaken the earth. It begins to drift apart somewhat.

Vanquish the turtle.
[1] Your efforts only seem to make it stronger! It revels in your feeble attempts to destroy it, feasting on mini-humans as any true conqueror would.

Within the sphere, create a long spire of a random material stretching from the top and bottom of it. Then, strengthen the sphere!
[5+1] You impale the sphere on a massive spike of [6] adamantine.

[6] The sphere hardens under your efforts, becoming unyielding. It will stop all efforts to affect that within now, but most such effects will likely chip away at it.

Still discreetly pulling strings backstage, Mobkogoth shall telepathically contact Derm, informing him of the imminent danger to his mighty basketball-turtle, and how Azundan has sent his tiny army of humans to attack it!
[4+1] vs [2] You successfully instill a feeling of danger into Derm regarding his noble turtle. He'll find it hard to let this stand.

Quote from: Derm
Idle
You sit and wait, biding your time.

Until, that is, it occurs to you that Azundan and his ridiculous mini-humans are assaulting your valiant and noble turtle! This will not stand! Or at least, you can't imagine yourself concentrating very well while this stands!

Spoiler: Pantheon (click to show/hide)

I too love this Acts system. Updating whenever I get around to it and half or more players have posted is a much nicer system than waiting for every last person to action.

"Ooh...Shiny blue stuff!."
"Microline?! Destroy it!"
"No no, adamantium dear."
"What's wrong with microline? Got a problem?"
"LOOK AT IT! YOUR EYES WILL BLEED!"

Many hours of discussing microline and the colour blue later...

Create several chunks of floating rock inside the sphere...All of random rocks, EXCEPT MICROLINE. If I have another act, create machines with no free-will to mine out the adamantium overtime and stockpile it on the rocks

Looks good to me, Lavenders! I know Irony said the waitlist might not get used in this RtD, but I forsee plenty of Divine blood being shed in the future...

On that note, Mobkogoth, satisfied that all is going well for now, shall focus on using his shapeshifting powers to form himself into a stronger, more resistant form of helmet, the main features still being the glowing emerald set in the forhead, and the dark holes left in the faceplate in the shape of eyes and a mouth.
As much as he prefers his tophat form, he forsees danger in the near future...

Shouldn't I have two acts?

1.  Grant my minions incredible stamina, so that they can continue to serve me without exhaustion.

2.  Create a floating temple to my glory above the craggy spire.

[Provisional] 3. Expand the surrounding lands to include a dark forest.

Fire a beam of sun-heated liquid matter at Azundan. Rescue the turtle!

And if I worded that right, that should get me a +2. Hopefully the matter is liquid metal.

Turn 8: The First Temple

"Ooh...Shiny blue stuff!."
"Microline?! Destroy it!"
"No no, adamantium dear."
"What's wrong with microline? Got a problem?"
"LOOK AT IT! YOUR EYES WILL BLEED!"

Many hours of discussing microline and the colour blue later...

Create several chunks of floating rock inside the sphere...All of random rocks, EXCEPT MICROLINE. If I have another act, create machines with no free-will to mine out the adamantium overtime and stockpile it on the rocks
[2+1] You create a handful of relatively small floating rocks.

[3+1] You successfully create several mindless boxlike automatons to dig away at the blue stuff. They're quite slow due to its hardness, but they're better than nothing.

"Damnit. Someone help me take this turtle out!"
Attempt to shrink and contain the turtle in "hell"
[3] You- AHHHH SUPERHOT MATTER AHHHH

You're not really hurt, but your turtle containment efforts are disrupted, and this stuff is clinging to you. It seems Derm has come to the aid of his ravening beast!

[5+1] You utterly transform yourself into a durable, warlike helm. In fact, you're too sturdy for even yourself to affect easily...

1.  Grant my minions incredible stamina, so that they can continue to serve me without exhaustion.

2.  Create a floating temple to my glory above the craggy spire.

[Provisional] 3. Expand the surrounding lands to include a dark forest.

[5] You successfully grant your minions incredible stamina, allowing them to carry out your bidding without care for rest.

[4] You create a grand floating temple to yourself. Its simple presence strengthens you imperceptibly, and you suspect your power is stronger there.

[2] You create several stunted weeds, resulting in very, very sparse scrubland surrounding the cliffs.

Undo my last screw up...
[1] You successfully spread the dirt around into more of a condensed dustcloud than a thing of proper soil.

...youdamnit.

Fire a beam of sun-heated liquid matter at Azundan. Rescue the turtle!
[5+1] vs [3] You launch an explosive bolt of superheated matter at Azundan. It strikes true, disrupting his foul efforts against your turtle. Some of it even sticks to him, hampering him further.

Spoiler: Pantheon (click to show/hide)

You were correct about having another Act, Toaster. Hot matter does not qualify as matterenergy for bonuses, derm. :I
