Slow Dwarves!!!!

So my dwarves move are really slow. It takes a dwarve like a sec to move a couple of steps. I have seen my friend's dwarves and they move like they are crack or something. He told me that his bro's games also move at the same speed. What is happening to my game? Whys has mine decelerated? Is there anything that i have to change?
The version i have is: Df 123_130_123a

Uhm, your version of DF is what? The current version is 0.27.169.33b. You should delete what you have and install that. The lag should be gone, and if it's not just tweak the ini: important bits are VSYNC and the stuff related to frame rate.
