So, what we know now

> Box is heavy, too heavy to lift.
> Purple bridge = skin away. Death.
> Shadowguy isn't dumb enough to step on the bridge itself.
> Shadowguy is damn creepy when you look at it in a close up.
> Something is blocking the bridge.
> Box can be pulled!

>Head back and get that chest! Or...do we have a key?

(Love the last face.)

Okay, so that makes sense: it's the obstruction marked 'fragile', not the unformed bridge lines.

As Aaron said, manhandle that box off the ledge (the unformed part might not melt the box - the formed bridge was what melted us. I think the purple power will allow us to stand on the light bridge. This is also why the shadow guy won't step on the bridge.) to break the obstruction. Then pull the lever to extend the extending bridge. Hopefully, we'll then be able to drop to the extending bridge without breaking our knees or something. We then walk over, climb those stairs, and take the purple power.

After that, well, we still have to deal with the shadow guy. I don't know what to do about him yet.

Bah. Pull the leaver back and forth as quickly as you can. That will remove the obstruction.

Push the block over the edge where the extending bridge is to clear the obstruction.

Hopefully, we'll then be able to drop to the extending bridge without breaking our knees or something. We then walk over, climb those stairs, and take the purple power.

Don't die.

Oooooh. Purple.

Walk across the purple! Try to lure the black guy onto the purple so he'll get fried.

And dang, we really should come up with a nickname for the blackies.

You guys called them darklings once and I thought that was pretty fitting.

Really, it would be great if you all gave everyone a name. (The dude, that lady, the shadow guys)

Hmmm... We got rid of the last Darkling by luring it into a trap, but this one seems willing to wait - or maybe we just haven't gotten close enough to make him attack us?

Jeremy: Approach Darkling, but stay on purple bridge, and stay out of arm's reach.

Oh yeah, and I'm temporarily naming our guy Jeremy.  :P

The girl can be Monica.

Agreed. if he doesn't approach and get fried, try to range attack him with out purple power. seems to form an aura around us. maybe we can concentrate it...

If that don't work, try to destroy the darkling in hand to hand combat, now that we got arms.

And Jeremy is.. quite... fitting.

YAY! seriously, this is a cool thing you got here. I don't mind waiting a while between updates, if you got other stuff going, because the updates are always worth the wait.

This thread title does lend itself to necros, doesn't it? Hopefully the computer of the creator didn't explode after his last message.

If I could, I would say something like what Thog said about Nale and Not-Nale using the words 'don't' and 'die'. But I can't.

'Cause I'm just not creative enough.

Even so, don't die, "Don't Die"!
