Luigi and Mary-dee walked through the doorway of the general store. There was no attached door for them to open.

The general store owner was conversing with a truly alien-looking person. Behind him sat a line of fine merchandise. There was no way Luigi could afford any of this stuff.

"Oy, I don't know where it is, I tell ya'! Leave me alone!" The owner crossed his arms.

The strange creature - who appeared to be wearing a white suit with a bizarre box-shaped helmet - pointed an arm without a hand at the owner. "Negative. You are lying. Reveal the location of the Glacier Star."

Mary-dee tugged on the store owner's hand. "Dasmund, who is this? What does he want?"

Dasmund pushed her away. "Sorry, Mary-dee. I don't want you getting involved."

"ENOUGH."

The white being's monotone voice crackled like lightning as it spoke. After pointing its handless arm towards the ceiling, it shot out a massive blast of some unknown magic, ripping a hole in the general store.

Mary-dee and Dasmund were speechless. Luigi was a silent protagonist.

The being waved its blasting arm up and down. "REVEAL THE LOCATION OF THE GLACIER STAR OR YOU WILL BE TERMINATED LIKE YOUR RUN DOWN LIVING QUARTERS HAS BEEN."

3)Listen to the conversation.
4)Eat power star, kick ass.

But then again, we could also do it in the order of 3 2, and if it follows us 1, and if 1 is unsuccessful then 4.

Luigi took the safe option by first presenting the golden star to make sure that's not what the thing is looking for. Before he could follow up with an attack, the being, surprisingly not distracted by the star, pointed its hand-cannon at Luigi.

"What trickery is this? Trying to fool me into accepting a regular star? You will be terminated!"

Luigi nimbly jumped out of the way in the nick of time, but Dasmund was not so lucky. Mary-dee has been scarred for life.

This thing has one hit kill murder breath, and is aggroing us. If there is a time for star usage this is it. We can loot the shop for good supplies after we deal with him.
