Don't worry, you'll be a minor NPC somehow anyway.

You do remember that I'm 21 and hardly a minor anymore, right?

What have you liked best about this aventure?
What have you liked least?
Any questions? Comments? Concerns?
Would you prefer to focus a little more on dramatic narrative, or more on silly shenanigans in the future?
If you could suggest an NPC to be used in the game - any NPC you can think up, provided they're humanoid, describe them here

Not so great at critical advice, but here goes.

1st: Thing I liked best was probably the battles themselves. I always love a good fight scene, and you give the characters enough distinct moves that we have options. Also love the fact you keep them dangerous, even if I was sad to see Link die.

2nd: I actually didn't care as much for the Waluigi segments as some of the others. I came here to see Luigi. Also, the whole bait and switch with Power Suit Wee-gee was a little too far out of left field for me. I can't seem to recall anything I read and thought 'well that was dumb', so that's good work from you.

3rd: Just hoping that you continue this game! I'm having a lot of fun following it. Most one's I take a look at I only follow into the first ten pages or so. Oh, maybe have a shyguy as an available sidekick?

4th: I think the balance here is good. Not overwhelmingly tense, but it doesn't devolve into antics. Except for WALUIGI TIEM, but a little of that here and there is fine.

5th: Shyguys don't count as humanoid, do they? If not, I got nothin'. Unless Alex cameos aren't out of the question*. But no, seriously, needs moar shyguy.

You do remember that I'm 21 and hardly a minor anymore, right?

I see what you did there.

*They probably should be.

The Powersuit Luigi segment was something that I had been wanting to do for some time to provide a backstory for both games and provide meaning to these nonsensical terms like "Origin" and "Powerstar". But at the same time I agree with everything you said: the sudden switch was very jarring. Probably will not do that in the future, since that covered everything I needed to clear up in an ISG story segment. The rest will be in MKW itself.

The segment also contained part of the biggest spoiler in both games, but it was so small as to be impossible to catch.

It seems to be pretty standard for illustrated games, though.
As the standing veteran of numerous games lost to various causes here, I'm going to have to say not really. Getting a good ISG going requires a good story, a lot of luck, and a fairly good reputation for keeping them alive. The fact that you based this on a twist of a fairly well-known universe probably helped too.

I mean, heck, Automaton died like 3 days in, partially because I'm still bad at timing the updates so people can read them before the thread sinks back to the depths of the forum, but also because my ISGs are gaining reputation for dying like flies. Which they sort of do.

That business aside, you're doing really well. Keep it up.

What have you liked best about this adventure?
The battles and general humor are a highlight for me. I also like the... how to but it... "Mario-ness" of the setting.
Like it feels consistant with what I know about the Mario Brothers world.

Quote
What have you liked least?
The sudden flash to Robo-Luigi(?) seemed a bit weird.
But then we defeated the Robo-Mario(?) and it made a bit more sense (well not really, but it fit in a bit more and flowed better then before we beat him).

Any questions? Comments? Concerns?
I actually have a comment that is kinda-sorta related to Luigi Quest, an apology actually:
I'm sorry I disappeared from MKW without any head's up, I didn't know I would be gone for more than a day or two and I hope you'll forgive me.
I wonder what happened to Fuzz...

Would you prefer to focus a little more on dramatic narrative, or more on silly shenanigans in the future?
I honestly have no preference. Silly when traversing the overworld/in a non-threatening battle and serious when plot-essential things are happening would be the ideal.

I think Piantas are really under-represented. And we're already in a kingdom filled with plant-people, so why not?
And Crazee Dayzees. Those things are awesome.

Oh, no problem Fuzzy about the MKW thing. Currently it can be assumed your character is doing whatever it is the Mushroom Kingdom counselor's counselor does. He will make a reappearance some time. I appreciate the comments!

Haven't posted, but I've been following this. (And muttering a bit about missing that MKW thing. It sounds fun.) Anyway, I figured, why not?

What have you liked best about this adventure?
The battles, and the RP mechanics. The way that it provides options for exploration, yet is more directed than just asking 'what now?'

What have you liked least?
Eh, that robot luigi switch. It was abrupt, and I've been turned off from games abruptly switching genres like that. I was glad when it turned out to be just a temporary thing, but it did almost make me stop reading.

Any questions? Comments? Concerns?
Mind dropping me a line if you ever do anything else like the MKW again?

Would you prefer to focus a little more on dramatic narrative, or more on silly shenanigans in the future?
You've hit on a good balance between these two so far. If it ain't broke...

I like the idea of a Pianta M.I.B. type character. If we're pulling stuff out of the zelda universe, the first idea that comes to mind is a moblin tourist, with a Hawaiian shirt, sandals, a camera, and one of those drinks with a tiny umbrella.
