does Toady share his algorithms?
« on: December 27, 2011, 05:06:41 am »

I am really interested in procedural terrain generating. Currently I am working on generating rivers but they do not look realistic at all, is there any resource that Toady published about how he does it?

He's shared with us the logical structure of how worlds are generated in the Dwarf Fortress talks, but I don't believe he's going to go any further than that.
