Talk to toaster, and start up an idle conversation with the Succubus. Try and avoid the scythe of doom as well.

Also: I should probably Check my inventory. Forgot what I have...

Krag has: 100 HP, one flask, one gold bar, one artifact rope reed rope , one slime, one kitten, one pair of stockings, one Poisonous Transformable Tin Ring, and thats probably it.
