Autum, 254

This was a very uneventful season. On the 20th of Sandstone 7 migrants arrived. Why do the migrants all ways come in groups of seven maybe the dwarfs get exiled in groups of seven.A dwarfish caravan came the next month, trading was good we got some metal bars, some weapons and lot's of food.

Excellent, back alive is the farm. I'll see if I can take a turn, but it's seeming maybe a little unlikely since next school semester starts Wednesday(though I'm not totally sure, what with all the snow storms).

I can at least claim a dwarf, though. I'd like a hunter named Kirby. Custom Profession: Dragon Hunter. If there are no hunters, assign a random skill-less (or mostly skill-less) migrant to the profession. I'm sure I'll live for a good month lifetime. :D

Winter, 254

We knew winter had arrived when half the river froze, soon followed by the other half.On the 6th Opal a mysterious death occurred, Iton Gamilsodel died
from thirst, on top of the barracks, and we have plenty of booze.Towards the end of winter the river started to quite suddenly melt. Unfortunately Momuz Luslemcerol was crossing the river at the time and he drowned. Somehow someone managed to retrieve his body and bury it. Strangely they didn't get any of his possessions. This is the state of the fort.

It's back! (I hope). Keep the updates coming! I would like it if we could keep track of the dorfed dwarves so we can know how they died (mostly just for selfish reasons in case Mosus gets killed.)

Hmmmm this seems interesting, requesting dwarfing as a ....... you guessed it *FARMER* or bone/wood carver whichever works. Also if it works for you guys I would humbly request a turn at running the fort.

Ah screw it, I'd also like to request a turn. I'll let you people know ahead of time (hopefully) if I am suddenly unable to do it.

Sorry for the backup for dorfing/mayor's list. Not really an excuse, but I've been really busy with school.  :'(

I'll get things straightened up. GReat to see it hasn't died in my absence.

It's more like an unconscious dwarf wearing an adamantine helm being beaten upon by his insane friend. It'll regain consciousness for a moment, but then pass out seconds later.

Regarding school, I know the pain. There's just (for me) some magical quality to it that distracts me from the greatness of Dwarf Fortress.

I would like to be dorfed. I'd prefer to be a weapon/armor/whathaveyousmith or broker, with some sword skills on the side if at all possible.

I think we should have a time limit for players grabbing the save. that way, when the time limit expires the next person can just grab it without waiting for someone's say-so. i think 3 days would work, what do you all think?
