I got a cut phone line, some shitty cake, and some Masterful quality milk.

Also a pass to get a drawing done for me.

A new mouse, keyboard, speaker sound system, laptop, and some other things from anything vaguely east of Europe. (Spices, ivory, jade carvings, etc.)
I didn't get any socks D:
Oh. And socks. >:D

An Underarmour hoodie that fits eerily well, a scarf and some eggnog that was 90% whiskey.

But most importantly seeing my cousins again. It's been a year due to classes causing issues. Really good to see them again.

Not much, compared to years previous...
A sweater that can also be used as just a long sleeve shirt
A second pair of jeans
This past year's University of Michigan football student t-shirt
Skis, boots, bindings (knew about this for a while, because the boots needed to be fitted)
The first Dune book
$90 in debit card and check, plus another $10 for a food place yet to be determined
An oversized sock, eerily similar to one I got the past several years, loaded with (Read: containing a few pieces of) candy

I got an electric-acoustic guitar.  And some shirts and stuff.  And a TV, to replace the one I borrowed from my parents after my old one finally wore out.  And more candy and sweets than I could ever stomach.

I was also talked into browsing Facebook, by my grandmother of all people.  I think, and only think as yet, that my best friend from highschool, whom I haven't spoken to in over a year, is not dead or in jail as I feared.  I'm making it a resolution to try to get in touch with him.  I consider that a Christmas present, since it fits the movie conceptualization of such.

I got some Ping Pong equipment and a Sonic the Hedgehog T-shirt. The shirt seems to have become lost somewhere, or I'd post a picture of myself wearing it. :(

Even FURTHER FROWNIE FACES :(:(:( Because the Ping Pong stuff reminds me that I have no one to play with and no way to play if I did without a table, despite the fact that I love playing so much.

An iPhone! I also received a great messenger bag and a very gentlemanly cane. In addition, my mother gave my sister and I a pair of adorable and friendly rats.

The Gauntlygrym books in the Drizz't Do'Urden series, along with a new comforter and some very comfy slippers. Also got a new chair and a new bookshelf. Goodness, I'm 17 and I asked for books and furniture. I am an old man on the inside  :(.

I obtained two pairs of headphones. My dad explained to me that he couldn't decide on one, so he got both. I'll never understand the man.
I obtained a pair of hand-made leatherbound journals. So far, they've still got that glamour of being too special to write/draw in them.
I obtained a new messenger bag. Damn I love messenger bags. My old one was falling apart, so this is a godsend.

Doomshifter has been ecstatic lately. She acquired a number of prized artifacts lately. She spent time with family lately. She spoke with her distant sister lately. She was disturbed by a smelly relative lately.

Nothing but clothes that are too big. Apparently, my parents think I'm taller, fatter, and, judging from the underwear, have larger balls than I really do.

My mother also drops the helpful comment that I'd have gotten more if I'd told them what I wanted(as if they aren't completely aware of my interests) >:(. It's almost a step up from last year, though, where they picked gifts almost especially to insult me.

At least I managed to grab some interesting stuff from the toy drive at work(half the warehouse was filled from the leftovers from it).

I got some more books and clothing. Including one book that looks interesting and has a chapter on Ayn Rand and cults.

Best Christmas gift:

Falling asleep on the couch at Grandma's hugging the enormous purring cat on my chest.

Always a great gift :3

Went to Best Buy today, used gift card to purchase laptop cooling pad and a USB game controller. If only Best Buy sold socks...
