This is a click based game similiar to Race War Kingdoms. The woman developing is has an illness that has prevented her from working for years. So she taught herself how to code to make the game. The browser interface is 'average', but she diligently adds new features and is around all the time. He fiance is helping her with development. She vigorous bans botters and bug abusers. She has permanently banned major spenders. Most other games ignore people who cheat and especially ignore them if they are spending money. This game is free to play, then you can buy tokens to buff yourself. You don't have to. It is a casual game. It is NOT a hardcore game.

I think what the OP means is that the creator does not go easy on people who spend a lot of money on the game; if they break the rules, they are banned.

That is what I got out of it, being 'experienced' in browser game terminology.  But, could be wrong.
