Hello im looking for a Multiplayer Survival/RPG game where is:
-Full PVP
-Sandox gameplay
-Survival gameplay
-Crafting and Housing
-


The only few interesting games i tried:
-Cataclysm (almost perfecct but lack of some elements and Multi)
-Shores of Hazeron (one of the best game i played, but its still in development phase)
-Ultima Online
-Wurm Online
-Fonline 2238 (Fallout 2 as mmo! A good pvp and you are able to create tents but..but.. its still missing something)

Haven and hearth pretty well fits those roles, and I happen to love it.

Minecraft severely lacks RPG part here. There's the survival element though.

Although I'm sure you could get mods to help with that.

The enchanting system kinda fills in the RPG elements. Kill stuff for experience points, spend experience points to gain more powers. Very very basic, but it's there.

Although it's not *QUITE* what you might be looking for, GTA:SA:MP has various servers that allow that. The Crazybob's Cops and Robbers puts you in a class (robber, con artist, policeman, prostitute, driver, etc...) that you level up. Some of the classes craft their own materials (arms dealers craft weaponry, drug dealers craft drugs), and there's pretty much no story. It's a fun game.
Though survival is really only about keeping yourself armoured and armed. There is full PVP, but it isn't a deathmatch server. You would have to have a reason for fighting against someone (he attacked you, etc...)

There are also the numerous Roleplaying servers out there, which are quite good but rather linear.

Although I'm sure you could get mods to help with that.

Still it plays like a survival sim/FPS most of the time. It lacks real level progression, NPCs, quests and world plot or even basic lore (the amount of mobs is... nothing too . That's the main reason I don't like it as a game, the crafting, exploring and surviving aspects are just awesome.
