Head: Homestuck thing?
Neck: Head Protector thing from Naruto?  I am at a loss with the symbol at this moment... which means I should catch up on the manga again... if its even related to that.
Back/Neck Thing: No clue...

Yes; Homestuck thing II; Touhou thing.

The back are the wings of Cirno from the Touhous, yes. The torso and head are from this raging asshole:

And the sparkles in the background are part of the nyancat meme.

Mine was originally the original character of the creator of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Lauren Faust. Then it got turned into a penguin during the great penguin avatar event. Then I lost the original, and also became too lazy to change it to anything else.

So I made a 100% personalized avatar.
It displays my manly/dwarvenly being quite accurately if I may say so myself.  :D

Spent about 15 minutes on paint.net and I am quite pleased with it.

I've been bored and looking for something to draw to keep me practicing before school next year, so I started drawing a Guild Wars 2 themed comic while I wait for the game's release. This is one of the frames without a background. I'm rather happy with how the full first page turning out. I'll be sure to post the full picture in the 'Random Things You...' thread once I figure out what to do with backgrounds.

One's an Estonian soldier who fought in the Winter war. One's the leader of the Finnish military during the winter war, and later President. One is this, which is mocking how stupid Hetalia's representation of Finland is... I don't know why I've become so fascinated with the struggles of brave little Finland during ww2 all of the sudden. I guess it's because they took on the Nazis and Soviets and lived to tell the tale? Pretty inspiring.

I like stonesense.  I played DnD.  One DnD game was that if you spent at least a minute on race balance and could cook up a 2 sentence race backstory you could make your own race.   Dracon was mine.  Yes we didn't care much for RP, and believe it or not I was the least munchkin-y.  I eventually fleshed it out a bit more, and Greiger was a character of that race.

I eventually modded the race into DF.  Never played as dwarves again.  When stonesense came out I got tired of seeing all my guys as "?" and modified the human sprites to make the dracon.  My first attempt at spritework.   After that I replaced my origonal avatar of a cyan D with the stonesense sprite for a military dracon with the helmet removed.  Shortly after somebody blew it up for me and it's been my avatar ever since, except for Halloween and Christmas of course.
